The staff were respectful and friendly, even helping me navigate key card issues with multiple elevator trips. The location, just one tram away from the city center, provided a vibrant ambience close to major attractions. The dining experience, though with room for improvement in flavor variety, offered incredible value for money. Overall, it was a stay filled with ups and downs.
